Our family operation started in 2000, originally known as IXCACAO Maya Belizean Chocolate.

As we entered the new year, we rebranded as “The Chocolate Queen.”

Now, all our activities are booked through IXCACAO Tours,

while our product lines are sold under The Chocolate Queen brand.

We invite visitors from around the world to join us for a unique living Maya experience.

You’ll get to make chocolate just like it was made in 1000 BC, using traditional stone tools.
